Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (handled securely by Supabase Auth — we never see your password in plain text).
• Content you create: tasks, notes, goals, and other content you add to Morning.
• Google data (optional): if you connect Google, your calendar events and a read-only view of your Gmail inbox, used only to show summaries inside your account.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe — we receive confirmation that you've paid, never your card number.
• Basic usage data: things like login timestamps and error logs, used to keep the Service running.

2. How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate Morning (show your tasks, sync your calendar, etc.)
• Generate AI-assisted suggestions and summaries via the Anthropic API
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe
• Communicate with you about your account (never marketing spam without opt-in)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted processors to run Morning:

• Supabase — database and authentication (US region)
• Stripe — subscription payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting
• Anthropic — AI features via the Claude API; your content is processed to generate responses and is not used to train models
• Google APIs — optional Calendar and Gmail integration

4. Google user data

Morning's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request the Google scopes needed to show your own calendar and email summaries inside your account. This data is never sold, never shared with third parties for advertising, and never used to train AI or machine learning models — general or otherwise. You can disconnect Google access at any time from your account settings.

5. Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your content within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, payment records for tax or legal purposes).

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at zev@askzev.ai. Self-serve export and deletion tools are coming; until then, we'll handle requests manually. If you're in a region with specific data rights (for example, GDPR or CCPA), we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required by law.
