These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Morning (the "Service"), operated by Zev Steinmetz doing business as Zev.AI ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using Morning, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Morning is a personal productivity dashboard — tasks, notes, goals, and daily routines — with optional integrations for Google Calendar and Gmail. Morning is currently available at morning-zev.vercel.app and will move to app.askzev.ai; using either address means you're using the same Service under these Terms.
You need an account to use Morning. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know at zev@askzev.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Morning offers a free tier and a paid tier, Morning Pro, at $29/month, billed automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles all payment processing.
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal inside your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep Pro access until then. We don't prorate mid-cycle cancellations.
If you're unhappy with your first Pro charge, contact us at zev@askzev.ai within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. Refund requests after that window, or for later charges, are handled case-by-case — reach out and we'll work with you.
Don't use Morning to break the law, harass anyone, upload malicious code, try to access another user's data, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
Morning's software, design, and branding belong to Zev.AI. Your content — the tasks, notes, and goals you create — belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
Morning is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the Service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zev.AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use Morning after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
